Welcome!


Faulkner Photographic Art is a passion project of mine.


Once I retired from my real job, I was able to go back to my passion - photography.  My dad, who was a photographer himself and a photography store salesman, taught me the skills, and built us a darkroom in our backyard. Wow, what a fun learning experience that was. Well except for the chamical fumes!  It was an amazing experience learning how to develop, print and sell our images.


What a change when, in 2000, the digital era pretty much replaced the film era. No more fumes! Instead, I transitioned to a computer. Using software and advanced techniques, what you see on my site is the result of many years of learning as well as trial and error.
